This is a FIFA 20 Career Mode Realism mod designed to improve the experience of managing your team at any level

Dynamic Hair/Beard growth system

  • Generic, Youth and Regen Players will now grow or change their hair style
  • Generic, Youth and Regen Players will now grow or shave their beard
  • All Players can now be edited through the file system
  • All new EA starheads will work in existing career mode saves

Match simulation, League table and Goal Scorers

  • Top teams will win the league, finishing the season between 85 - 95 points
  • Top scorers and assisters are more realistic

Team Selection

  • AI will always try and select best First 11 and subs, rotating only for friendlies and the odd cup match

Finances

  • Substantially lowered the amount of transfer budget smaller teams have to be far more realistic
  • You receive far less additional funds for the next season
  • Increased Shirt Prices to be more realistic and replicate a "Kit" price
  • Increased Shirt Prices for Popular players so that signing good players earns money back
  • Substantially Increased Ground Maintenance for ALL clubs

Board & Objectives

  • Board are much more likely to sack you if you fail a critical objective
  • You can save your job if you significantly overachieve a separate objective
  • New Youth Objectives (Replacing original)

    • SIGN 1 YOUTH ACADEMY PLAYER AND PLAY NEXT SEASON 10% (4-5) GAMES
    • SIGN 1 YOUTH PLAYER TO FIRST TEAM AND PLAY IN 3 GAMES
    • SIGN 1 YOUTH PLAYER TO FIRST TEAM FOR ANY POSITION

Transfers

  • Loans are much more likely to occur - Lower league teams use it much more
  • AI Teams will only search for players within a small range of themselves (no more wolfsburg buying Neymar)
  • AI Teams will look to fill or replace a position rather than pointlessly stockpile
  • Player movement between countries is based upon real-world data of player nationalities in each league
  • English players very rarely leave England
  • Free Agents wont just play for any team, no more picking up gems from the Free Agent market

Player Search - GTN

  • Searching for players now reveals attributes much faster

Player Values

  • Rewritten Player Value calculation
  • High Potential players are now much higher in value
  • Increased player values of some lower PL players (i.e. Zaha)

Player Wages

  • Lower league players ask for less in wages

Youth

  • Players wont "retire" from your youth system until they are 21
  • Generated players will now be between 16-21
  • All youth players should have at least 1 trait
  • Generated centre forward players are much more likely to be larger slower players
  • Generated wingers are much more likely to be faster rather than mentally skillful
  • Scouts are much more likely to find players of the type you searched for
  • It is much more difficult to find gem (high potential) players
  • Attributes will unlock much faster

Player Growth

  • General growth is balanced for primary and secondary attributes
  • Players degrade much less (older players should keep their OVR for much longer)
  • Dynamic Potential is not used as much and not as high

Morale

  • Players react much more to their last match result
  • Players are harder to keep happy

AI Player Contracts

  • The AI will try and keep their best players on longer contracts

Press Conferences

  • There is much more of a risk or reward scheme to all press conferences

Player Customization

  • Enabled full customization of players in Career Mode
  • Enabled full edit of created players in main menu

### Youth Objectives have/are been rewritten from the ground up. Now only the following simple objectives are given to your team.

## Youth Scouts

 

- The price of Youth Scouts has been increased from 5- 15% dependent on level
